Who We Are
Smith & Scale is built on two complementary perspectives.
Frank has spent more than a decade leading marketing strategy, content, social media, and paid media, with work that has generated millions in revenue and reached hundreds of millions of people. Earlier in his career, he worked in international development, including serving as Director of Management and Operations of the Peace Corps in Thailand. That combination brings together senior marketing experience with a firsthand understanding of mission-driven organizations and the communities they serve.
Jessica has spent more than 15 years building Inquiring Chef into a trusted food and lifestyle brand. As a creator, photographer, recipe developer, and cookbook author, she understands what it takes to consistently create meaningful content, build an engaged audience, and grow a business around it.
We bring together both sides of modern marketing—the strategy and systems behind effective social and content marketing, and the day-to-day reality of creating content that earns attention, builds trust, and inspires action.
