Social & Content Advisory

Experienced social and content guidance at the level your business needs.

Strategic advisory for founders and lean teams. Fractional leadership for businesses with more people and moving pieces.

Two ways to work together

Strategic Advisory

For founders, owners, and lean marketing teams

You retain responsibility for leading the work. I provide an experienced outside perspective to help you set priorities, evaluate ideas, solve problems, and make stronger decisions.

This is a focused relationship with one primary decision-maker.

Fractional Social & Content Leadership

For companies with teams and partners to coordinate

Your company already has people producing the work, but needs senior leadership to establish direction, connect the pieces, and keep everyone aligned.

I work alongside your employees, freelancers, agencies, and leadership team while they continue handling day-to-day execution.

What stronger strategic support can change

Strategic Advisory

Experienced guidance for the person leading the work

Strategic Advisory is designed for a founder, owner, or marketing lead who retains responsibility for social and content but wants regular access to senior expertise.

You bring the decisions, ideas, plans, and challenges you’re working through. I help you clarify the issue, consider your options, and determine the strongest path forward.

This may be a good fit if:

  • You personally oversee social and content for your business.

  • You have a small marketing team but no senior social specialist.

  • You want guidance without adding another person to your team.

  • You need a knowledgeable outside perspective on important decisions.

  • You have the ability to execute but aren’t always sure where to focus.

  • You want greater accountability around your priorities and plans.

What’s included

  • Two 60-minute advisory calls or meetings each month

  • Guidance on current social and content priorities

  • Review of priority plan, campaign, or reporting document each month

  • Support evaluating ideas, opportunities, and challenges

  • One primary client point of contact

  • Up to five additional hours of support work each month

This is a focused one-to-one advisory relationship. It does not include team meetings, ongoing campaign management, freelancer or agency coordination, regular content review, or responsibility for leading the wider function.

Fractional Social & Content Leadership

Senior direction for the team you already have

Fractional Leadership is designed for companies with employees, freelancers, agencies, or multiple marketing functions that need to work together more effectively.

I take a more active role in establishing direction, planning the work, supporting the team, and keeping the different parts of the function aligned.

Your existing team and partners continue handling day-to-day production and execution. I help ensure their work is focused, coordinated, and connected to the priorities of the business.

This may be a good fit if:

  • Your social manager needs more experienced leadership and strategic support.

  • You rely on several freelancers or agencies, but no one is connecting their work.

  • Your founder or marketing leader is spending too much time directing social decisions.

  • Content, social, paid media, email, and partnerships operate separately.

  • You are preparing to hire, restructure, or expand your team.

  • Your company needs senior social expertise but isn’t ready for a full-time director.

  • You need someone who can translate between executive expectations and the realities of execution.

What’s included

  • Weekly 45-minute leadership call

  • Monthly strategy and performance review

  • Active campaign and editorial planning

  • Feedback on major content and campaign concepts

  • Participation with relevant employees, freelancers, or agencies

  • Measurement and reporting guidance

  • Support setting priorities and boundaries

  • Up to 10 hours of fractional leadership each month

Minimum commitment of three months.

What I do—and what remains with your team

My role is to provide strategic direction, experienced judgment, and the right level of leadership for your business.

Depending on the engagement, I can help you:

  • Establish social and content priorities

  • Develop or strengthen your strategy

  • Plan campaigns and editorial activity

  • Evaluate ideas and opportunities

  • Improve briefs and provide feedback

  • Strengthen measurement and reporting

  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners

  • Prepare to hire or restructure a social team

  • Navigate difficult decisions and competing requests

I do not become the person responsible for writing, designing, scheduling, publishing, or responding to every post.

You or your existing team continue handling day-to-day execution. My role is to help ensure that work has a clear purpose and direction.

If you need additional execution support, I can help identify the roles, partners, or capabilities your business should add.

How the engagement works

Why work with me?

I spent nearly a decade leading social media and content for one of the most recognized consumer brands in the United States.

Alongside leading Hallmark’s social media function, I wrote and executed Hallmark Retail’s first social and content strategy, establishing the direction, priorities, and operating approach for the function.

I also partnered with Hallmark Channel on the launch of its streaming platform and supported the promotion of Hallmark Experience events, helping connect social and content strategy to new audiences, entertainment, and in-person brand experiences.

I led teams, managed agency and cross-functional relationships, developed enterprise strategy, advised senior stakeholders, and connected social and content activity to measurable business results.

I also hold an MBA, which helps me connect creative and audience-focused work to broader organizational priorities and measurable outcomes.

In my final year as a corporate marketer, my work resulted in: $18.4 million in omnichannel revenue; a 22x return on paid social investment; 387 million impressions; 110 million people reached; and 19.2 million consumer engagements.

I have also held leadership roles in mission-driven organizations, where success depends on building trust, aligning people around a meaningful purpose, and making thoughtful decisions with limited resources.

And as the co-founder of a creator-led food business, I understand what it means to build an audience, develop content, create partnerships, and make decisions when time and resources are limited.

That combination allows me to work comfortably with businesses at different stages—from a founder looking for a trusted advisor to an established team in need of experienced leadership.

I understand what leadership needs to know—and what the people doing the work need in order to succeed.

Social & Content Advisory

You don’t need to have the right engagement figured out before getting in touch.

Tell me a little about your business and I will follow up to schedule a conversation.

Together, we can determine whether Strategic Advisory, Fractional Leadership, or another approach makes the most sense.
